Clean and top quality hotel with great and fab location easy to get to the tourist attractions, just what I needed. The staff were attentive and reasonably good all the time...

The breakfast is excellent and satisfactory with European food, muesli plus western dishes, and the service is great. The room is nicely furnished and spotless with king bed, everything is perfect...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located in the center of the city, between two subway lines, making it easy for us to explore Beijing. The staff here were very accommodating and helpful, especially the manager who went above and beyond to assist us with getting a taxi to the airport on our last day. The service was top-notch, with room service and other amenities such as car hire and dry cleaning available. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. We especially enjoyed the free shuttle service and the option to hire bicycles to explore the city.

Everything was great at this brand-new hotel. Location: the venue was very close to a drugstore at Dawn Male Hospital Beijing as well as a metro station. For short-orders there was Rbt, we found it close by.

The rooms are warm, perfect, and come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe.

The location of Mercure Beijing was ideal, with two subway lines close by. The front desk staff went above and beyond, arranging a 7-seater Uber for our large group. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety and the restaurant was spacious. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is great- close access to forbidden city, entrance and staff are very nice. The Int'l restaurant serves great food compared to other China places, and it doesn't smell wierd!!!

the baths are not in best shape, but very clean. could use some renovation.

Only a few members of staff speak reasonable English. Had to wait 2 hours for our rooms to be ready and were constantly told 'just 10 minutes'. Ordered vegetarian room service which resulted in beef lasagna.

Excellent staff, good English, great location for tours, shopping, and dining. Spacious room, amazing food at reasonable prices. Prompt return of forgotten items. Birthday surprise. highly recommended.

The staff were extremly helpful and had very good english which is very important to help you get around the rest of Beijing. Facilities in hotel were excellent.

Location was good but not close enough to walk to the forbidden city etc and also quite far away from Sanlitun. But taxi's are cheap so not a huge problem.

The rooms were absolutely great, very clean and had all the comfort you need. Hotel staff are very friendly. Good overall price/quality ratio.

All rooms have WiFi but you have to pay (80 RMB/day). We didn't try the breakfast because it was rather expensive (150 RMB/person). The swimming pool is nice but didn't have any seats to lie down and rest (also, a woman in the pool was spitting all the time and the teacher who was teaching and watching didn't say anything).

The food was brilliant and there were variety of dishes in the menu. The staff were dedicated and reasonably good, nothing to complain about.

The hotel staff was abrupt.
